Bill Norris began working with the Fury in July 2013 as the Ontario Fury’s communications and media relations director.

Bill has a long history of covering sports in the Inland Empire, working with the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, San Bernardino Sun, Riverside’s The Press-Enterprise and Patch.com. He regularly covers the Ontario Reign for the Los Angeles Newspaper Group.

He has spent the past 20 years working in the news business and brought that experience to the launch of indoor soccer at Citizens Business Bank Arena. Besides working as a reporter, Bill has been worked in photography, page design and web publishing.

Bill grew up in Anaheim as a fan of the then-California Angels, and has been a fan of the Los Angeles Kings since the mid-1970s. He also grew up watching the Los Angeles Lazers play at the Fabulous Forum (and still has bumper stickers to prove it). He lives in Colton with his wife and son.

Testimonials

"Interning for the Ontario Fury would have to be one of the best experiences I have been a part of. Instead of using one skill set, Ontario Fury gave me the opportunity to expand my abilities in a broad range of positions during the preseason and at the home games.  I highly recommend interning for Ontario Fury to gain a well rounded mind set to lead further in the sports realm."

- Michael Long | Marketing Community Engagement Associate for Alaska Aces
