The Ontario Fury, Driven by Mark Christopher Chevrolet, got two goals apiece from three players as it beat the Guatemalan National Minifootball Team 6-1 Friday night at Citizens Business Bank Arena.

Adrien Perez, Juan Carlos Gonzalez and Jinho Kim each found the back of the net twice in the exhibition game. It was the first of a two-game swing in California for the Guatemalan team, which is preparing for the PanAm Cup of Minifootball, which will serve as a qualifier for the World Minifootball Federation World Cup next year.

Guatemala broke the shutout in the fourth quarter, as the Fury defense had a strong game in front of its own goal.

Three members of the Fury will play for the United States National Arena Soccer Team on Saturday night in Bakerfield, as the US team has its first action since the 2017 WMF World Cup. Israel Sesay, Corey Maret and Marcus Jordan will make the trip to Central California for the game.
