The Ontario Fury, Driven by Mark Christopher Chevrolet, have acquired forward Jinho Kim from the Baltimore Blast for the 2016-17 Major Arena Soccer League season.

Kim scored six goals and had nine assists last season with the Ron Newman Cup Champions. He had two goals in the playoffs for Baltimore. He was acquired in exchange for cash considerations.

Originally from Busan, South Korea, Kim, 24, has played outdoors for the Ventura County Fusion in the Premier Developmental League. He also played professionally in the Philippines before coming to the United States.

Ontario will open the 2016-17 season with a preseason game against the Turlock Express at 3:05 p.m. Oct. 23 at Citizens Business Bank Arena, with the regular season beginning at home at 3:05 p.m. Oct. 30 against Atletico Baja. All tickets for the Oct. 23 preseason game are only $5.
