Game Day Interns
Game Day interns will assist in the overall game day fan experience of ALL 2019 – 2020 season games. Roles include assisting with merchandise, fan interaction, field entertainment, promotional giveaways, will call, team liaison, set up and break down of event and other duties.
ticket operations INTERN
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist with any ticket requests, relocation requests, or customer service issues
- Assist in the processing of group tickets
- Process all completed season ticket orders in Architcs
- Responsible for assisting in all areas of ticketing operations, box office operations, sales and season ticket member services for the Fury
- Answer all incoming phone calls to the ticket extension and return voicemails
- Assist in the execution of printing and mailing ticket orders
- Assist with the management of Will Call and VIP Will Call window operations on game days
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and team associates
- Assist with managing Box Office on game days
- Assist with community outreach initiatives
- Assist with outbound sales initiatives
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Basic data entry
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work at minimum 25 - 30 hours/week and long game days
- Proven focus on providing outstanding customer service

Sales And Service Representative
POSITION SUMMARY:The Inside Sales Representative is an entry-level position in which you will learn about the sports industry. You will be soliciting current and potential clients by phone to sell Full/partial season ticket memberships, group outings, and premium inventory while providing outstanding service to all our customer and clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sale of Ontario Fury ticket packages, including season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, and party areas
- Identifying and reaching out to new group and season ticket prospect and converting those prospects into new groups and season ticket clients with the Ontario Fury
- Outbound focus making 60+ outbound calls daily to increase your sales pipeline
- Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell ticket packages
- Emphasis places on self-generated lead acquisition through referrals and networking
- Run appointments and tours at Citizens Business Bank Arena to aid in obtaining new business and developing new relationships
- Attend community events throughout the year
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and/or long term sales goals
- Properly learn to use the ticketing system in place
- Work all home games, performing various ticket sales, service, and other game day duties
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- College – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- High comfort level making cold calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required, attention to detail
